App developers who send apps to the new AppGallery store of Huawei, and do so by mid-year, will receive quite a nice reward: up to 100% of profits.
In general, the company began offering a more generous distribution of earnings in January than Google (Google) offered. On the preferred policy page of the store service agreement, Wavey guarantees that developers who join the store by the end of June will receive 100% of their app profits in their first year and 85% in their second year.
Game developers, on the other hand, will make up 85% of revenue in the first two years. Beginning in the third year, developers will receive 70% of their app revenue while Wawai will retain 30% – the model used by Google’s Apple stores. Educational app developers will enjoy an increased share of 100% in the first year, 90% in the second year and 80% in the third year.
These generous terms are joining the $ 1 billion-a-half-dollar fund that the company unveiled last year when it promised grants to popular app developers from around the world to join its store.
